Eric Cuevas Guerand



Eric Cuevas Guerand is currently an associate at Morgan Stanley which he joined in 2015. He covers Spanish and Portuguese clients from the Debt Capital Market division, based out of London. Eric works closely with institutions to analyze and shape their capital structure, ultimately originating and managing debt offerings. Previously, he spent over two years as part of the Equity Capital Markets team at Morgan Stanley advising LatAm and US Healthcare clients, based out of NYC.  He has advised in +$55 billion of transaction volume, throughout a variety of currencies and deal structures.

Eric also has a passion for startups and actively participates in the ecosystem as an advisor and angel investor, most recently with tomojo.co and nixi1.com.

He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Bachelor in Laws, both from IE University, while, in addition, having spent some time at Babson College (Boston) and London School of Economics and Political Science. Eric is also a CFA Charterholder.
