José Antonio Tortosa Ramos
Jose Antonio Tortosa joined KPMG in 2005 from the International Tax Services Department of another “big four” firm and was seconded to New York City where he served as Spanish Tax Desk during 2002-2003.
He is a member of the Global International Corporate Tax Innovation Forum of KPMG International, responsible for the International Tax Bulletin of KPMG Abogados and Professor of the Master in Corporate Tax (LLM) of the Instituto de Empresa (IE) and the Master in Business Law of Wolters Kluwer. Frequent speaker in national and international courses and seminars.
José has wide experience in the international tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions and the tax-efficient cross-border restructuring of multinational groups, as well as in the design, development and implementation of international tax planning strategies for multinational corporations.
