Rebecca provides consultant work that contributes to improving leadership skills of business executives. She specializes in attaining measurably proven improved leadership behaviors that impact professional and organizational performance working with multinational organizations in the design and delivery of leadership programs as both a facilitator and executive coach.

For 20 years she works with executives from organizations across Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia and Africa in the telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, construction, insurance and consumer goods sectors, where she has obtained an in-depth knowledge of the challenges they face.

She is currently an Associate Coach and Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) headquartered in the United States; Associate Coach and Faculty for Mannaz based in Denmark and Associate Professor at the IE Business School in the Human Resources area.

She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree in E-Business Direction from the Instituto de Directivos de Empresa, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
