Tamar Alphaidze
Born and raised in Georgia, I am currently based in Segovia where I am studying the Bachelor in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence. In the future, I want to work in disruptive startups that apply innovative technologies to different industries and markets. I stay motivated by reminding myself that anything is achievable through hard work and persistence, as encapsulated by Rabindranath Tagore: “Reach high, for stars lie hidden in you. Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal.”

Tamar chose the Bachelor in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence so she can continue to develop her passion for technological advancements and building intelligent systems. She finds the prospect of creating intelligent systems fascinating, given their ability to solve complex, real-world problems by replicating the structure of the human brain. In addition, she enjoys working in a field that is driving future technological advancements that are revolutionizing our world.
Besides diving into her studies, Tamar makes the most of the IE University clubs as a way to grow professionally and personally. As a member of the IE Women in Business Club and the IE Finance and Capital Markets Club, she is able to gain new knowledge and experience to help her in her future career. Meanwhile, regular sessions with the IE Arts Club enable Tamar to unwind and take care of her mental health.
