Hi all,

My name is Pablo Benitez. I’m from Madrid, Spain. Since I finished my degree as an electrical engineer, I have spent a couple of years of my professional career in this field, however, I changed my course 4 years ago and I was focused on the Customer Service department for a multinational tech company as a coordinator. 

Now, my daily life is to utilize data to understand customer behavior and operational success for improvement and try to help our clients to optimize their business.

After spending a few years in my company, and dedicating most of my time to finding new ways to increase our client base and launch new cities in order to be able to reach more people, I realized how important it is to have.

That was the reason why I decided to find a Bootcamp that lets me grow and boost these skills, taking the next big step in my career. After looking for different options, I finally decided to study the program at the IE.

We are now in our last intensive week, and we will finish in a month. Even though it’s still intense,  it’s amazing to learn new ways to deliver our real model, at the same time we’re testing and fitting it by hand. 

After all, I cannot be more proud of belonging to this family, surrounded by best-in-class workers and professors from different backgrounds and sectors. It is a unique opportunity to deep dive into the data science world and you can notice how your knowledge about it is expanding week by week since the start.

Of course, after this experience, I feel more confident to face the new endeavours and adventures next to come.
