Yesterday the Advisory Board for the Bachelor in Applied Mathematics met for the first time at the IE Tower.

The Advisory Board comprises renowned mathematicians from a variety of backgrounds. They are the prominent scholars and accomplished professionals occupying high-level positions in industry and leading in their field. This diverse group of experienced professors will ensure that the Bachelor in Applied Mathematics is at the forefront of excellence in mathematics education. 

During the whole session, the members of the Advisory Board had the chance to discuss and provide strategic advice on the current applied mathematics curriculum, as well as on the research strategy of the School. A full report will be delivered to the Dean and Rector with the outcome of this meeting.

• Dolores Romero Morales, Professor in Operations Research at Copenhagen Business School.
