Brief description

Designing an organization today can be more or less simple, depending on thesector, the region, our experience, the resources we have and the level of disruptionwe are looking for. However, it is still a viable, feasible and achievable objective. But how can we design a successful company in the present, which, at the sametime, is prepared for the challenges of the future?

In this course we will address this challenge with a double perspective: The one that allows us to understand potential futures using foresightingmethodology. The one that allows us to see an organization as a complex system from aholistic perspective (strategy, culture, go-to-market, architechture, etc). This double perspective will be accompanied both from the transformation process ofexisting organizations and from the initial gestation process of a company that hasnot yet been born.

Learning Objetives

At the end of the course, participants will have achieved:

•Use foresighting to design a set of future scenarios (strategic uncertainties, signals, trends, future facts, future scenarios, among others).
•Design an organization with a holistic and multidimensional view with the capacity to adapt to a great diversity of futures.
•Understand the crisis cycles that exist to develop the necessary capacities to confront them.
•Design the strategic positioning of an organization based on the scenarios created.
•Raise awareness regarding the kills that are necessary to lead a company prepared for the future.
•Acquire tools that allow you to apply the knowledge acquired in a practical way.
