Brief description

The Sports Arbitration Moot is an international competition that simulates a sports arbitration procedure. This event provides law students with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate their skills in arbitration, specifically within the context of sports-related disputes. Participants represent different parties in a fictitious case prepared by experts in sports law and arbitration.
During the Moot, teams present their written and oral arguments before a panel of arbitrators, composed of professionals from the field.
