MEET OUR STUDENTS:
Dual-degree in Business Administration and International Relations, third-year student, Javier Fernandez Perez has practiced fencing since the age of three. By the time, he was twelve, he trained between two and three hours daily which in the last five years, got him to train with the Spanish Fencing Federation national team at INEF (Spain’s College for Physical Activities and Sports) facilities.
Since starting university, finding a balance between his studies and training has proven to be more difficult. However, he plans to continue training as long as his studies allows him to in order to reach his goal of increasing his rank in the national and international rankings in order to eventually qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games.
