ASPIRATIONS IN CRAFTING A CAREER IN BUSINESS, FINANCE & TECH

A solid academic background in Business, Finance, Economics or STEM and demonstrate career aspirations through a strong interest in pursuing opportunities within the following fields:

Strategy and management consulting
Financial Services (Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, Venture Capital and Private Equity, Asset Management/Markets,...)
Technology (Consumer tech, corporate solutions...)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A minimum of one year and up to three years of substantive, full-time, post-graduate professional experience in business, finance or technology is strongly recommended.

This requirement excludes internships or other non-full-time work experiences. It is imperative that participants enter the simulation with prior experience working in a real company, as this program is designed to accelerate their career trajectory.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

OFFICIAL DEGREE

*The Master in Management & Strategy is an official degree that awards a total of 60 ECTS credits. Students must meet the following conditions and requirements to be officially enrolled and entitled to request the official university degree upon completion of the master program. If educational prerequisites are not provided and/or if the requirements are not met on time, the student will not be able to request the official university degree as issued by the Spanish government. In this case, the studies will not be official under Spanish educational regulations.

In addition to the Official Degree, Master in Management & Strategy students will also receive a Private University credit recognition for specific elements of the program. These elements of the program preserve the educational standards of excellence of IE University.

Given students' prior experience in the workforce, this program simulates the challenges and responsibilities typically encountered in their 2nd or 3rd year of work, when peak performance is expected. It's during this critical phase that we believe the most significant growth occurs, as you're required to expand, flex, and stretch your abilities in new ways. In this program, you'll experience growth within a secure environment, tackling real business challenges and immersing yourself in real work-like environments with guidance from our faculty acting as Corporate Mentors, who offer real leadership exposure, so you'll navigate every step of the journey with confidence.
