Global Policy Center 2025 Activity Report

The 2025 Activity Report marks a transformative period for the Global Policy Center (GPC), transitioning from a promising initiative into a fully consolidated applied research hub within IE University. Under the leadership of Dean Enrico Letta and Director Ilke Toygür, the GPC has significantly scaled its influence by bridging cutting-edge academic research with actionable policy solutions.

This year’s report highlights the successful institutionalization of our four core research pillars—the Future of Europe, Transatlantic Relations, Bridging the South(s), and Global Perspectives. Key milestones include our role in the Think 20 (T20) under South Africa’s presidency, where we contributed high-level recommendations on global financial reform and security partnerships. Through high-level workshops on the Coalitions of the Willing and the inaugural Executive Education program on Geopolitics and Global Risks, the GPC continues to foster a unique ecosystem for international dialogue and informed decision-making.
