Professor of Accounting at IE Business School, IE University and Editorial Director of the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy. Previously, he was Dean of Research at IE. He has also taught at UCIII and LSE. Part of his most recent research focuses on microfinance and the study of entrepreneurs’ financial literacy and its impact on the success of their initiatives. He holds a degree in economics and social sciences from Bocconi University and a PhD in economics from Oxford University.
