There are quiet open study rooms at IE available for all students. Each student has up to 4 hours a week to book seats in these quiet areas such as the IE library.
Sporadic room changes will be communicated via IE Campus, but we recommend you always ask for updated information at the reception desk.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE QUIET ROOMS ARE NOT TO PRACTICE A PRESENTATION OR FOR INDIVIDUAL USE.
Besides the aforementioned rooms designated for silent studies, students also have the option to book workrooms across all buildings at IE’s Madrid Campus (Máría de Molina, Velázquez 130, IE Tower and Pinar 18) which they may use to prepare assignments and group projects, rehearse presentations, etc.
Throughout terms 1 and 2, each workgroup has 18 hours a week available to book workrooms. Please remember that each team must coordinate how these weekly hours are going to be used.
On the other hand, during the last term (elective period), each student will have 6 hours of individual bookings a week.
How can seats and workrooms be booked? Workroom reservations are made through IE Campus (Blackboard Ultra) via the Rooms tab at the top of the homepage.
*Dual degree students should take into account that the conditions to book rooms might change depending on their other program.
