IE Career Portal Powered by 12Twenty Now Live for IE Alumni Worldwide

IE University has officially activated its career portal powered by 12Twenty for its global alumni community, completing the migration of 100% of alumni profiles from Symplicity and bringing graduates into the same career ecosystem already used by current students. Alumni will be introduced to the platform in person through a live demo at Global Alumni Weekend 2026.

The IE Career Portal serves as IE's central career hub, bringing together students, alumni, employers and recruiters in one connected system. Through the platform, the IE community can access curated job and internship opportunities, share profiles and CVs directly with recruiters, and use practical career resources including CV guides, interview preparation and market insights.

With activation now complete, alumni gain access to the Outcome Index, which provides real career data on companies, roles, industries, locations and compensation, alongside the Interview Database, where peer-shared interview experiences offer insight into stages, formats, common questions and recruiting tips. Networking directories and employer engagement tools also allow alumni to connect with peers and recruiters across the IE network, and to post opportunities to recruit IE talent directly.

A key addition now live on the platform is JOB IQ Explorer, a dashboard-style feature that provides a more dynamic view of job and internship opportunities. Through JOB IQ, the IE community gains deeper visibility into employers, including hiring trends, roles offered, compensation benchmarks and offer timing.

Looking ahead, IE will continue to enhance the platform with smarter, more personalized tools, including intelligent candidate matching, AI-powered talent and hiring insights, and expanded networking and employer engagement capabilities. The goal of the platform is to build a lifelong career ecosystem that evolves alongside the IE community and supports both career growth and recruiting at every stage.
