As for the editorial process, content is written and edited by Benjamin Bridson, with contributions from Vera Content. Benjamin Bridson, a creative and strategist based in Madrid, is the Editor in Chief and works full-time at IE University and also produced the HER series, speaking with executive women in finance including Ann Prendergast, Marta Echarri, Sonia Fernandez, Helen Kelly and Leslie Rubio. They work for State Street Investment Management, KPMG, Kibo Ventures, Barclays and Citi respectively. Benjamin has studied at the University of Bristol and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Benjamin was shortlisted for the Alpine Fellowship Writing Prize 2023 and is published in the LAMDA Verse and Prose Anthology Vol. 19, as well as The Primer Vol. 1, Issue 2 and Moonflake Press. Benjamin is also credited for his participation in Falsestuff. La muerte de las musas at Centro Dramático Nacional.

All articles are checked in-house by Benjamin and another member of the IE team. Insights and quotes from experts are retrieved through half-hour conversations with subjects, whose contact is relayed through the IE University academic team, with interviewees then editing their own articles after initial redaction.
