Interested? Let’s get into it.

How are we modernizing our approach to business development skills?

Already a renowned and highly ranked online MBA, this program is about transforming participants into the leaders of tomorrow. Students identify and build on their unique aspirations and strengths to discover their purpose, match it to an ideal career path and maximize their impact while reaching their goals in the business world.

We’ve added three new modules to take advantage of the best parts of this intensive program. These modules focus on the challenges of the 21st century and place students in the shoes of real business professionals, allowing them to put their diverse backgrounds and newly acquired know-how to the test.

How to use generative AI for business

During the first of three face-to-face residential weeks in Madrid, students will take on the world of Artificial Intelligence through the Navigating the GenAI Landscape workshop. Participants both in Madrid and online will explore the newest tech making waves across every industry it touches in two informative sessions.

This module covers the history and emergence of generative AI, as well as the challenges faced by this new yet powerful technology. One of the essential skills when working with generative AI is knowing how to ask for precise results. Prompt engineering will be a key part of this new module, along with the best strategies for implementing generative AI in practice. Students will leave these sessions with an enhanced understanding of where generative AI came from, where it’s going and how best to leverage it right now.

How to drive ethical business with the Sustainability Challenge

The second face-to-face period will feature the Sustainability Challenge. This module shows students why sustainability is so much more than a buzzword. There will be ten sessions dedicated to learning how sustainable strategies can make future businesses more resilient and adaptable, more efficient and profitable, and better prepared to innovate and thrive.

But this module wouldn’t be much of a challenge without an opportunity for students to take what they’ve learned and collaborate on projects meant to simulate the difficulties of implementing sustainable practices in the real world. After these sessions, they will be ready to put their money where their mouth is and lead companies through fast-moving regulations, market expectations and consumer demands, all while guiding society toward positive change.

How to hone business development skills with the Company Challenge

Last but not least is the Company Challenge. Delivered at the end of the second online period, students will be tasked with applying classroom theory to solve a real-world business problem. They’ll work in teams to take the helm in a dynamic and practical setting, allowing their own experiences, backgrounds and creativity to shine as they tackle the challenge over the course of two weeks.

Under the pressure of real-time constraints, leadership, teamwork and communication skills will flourish. The module will end with these teams presenting their solutions to a representative from the firm supplying the Company Challenge. Besides practical learning, this module is a valuable opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals and make connections with them, as well as the mentors who will guide students through the challenge.
