At IE Business School, we take support and guidance very seriously and have developed a proven coaching methodology that provides students with a tailored assessment of their strengths and development areas. Our trained and experienced coaches will help guide you toward your goals in five individual Zoom sessions that take into account your personal needs.
In addition, students can choose between two tracks: Leadership coaching and career coaching, depending on their personal career goals.
