Finalists announced for the 5th edition of the IE Prize for Economic Journalism in Latinamerica
IE Business School has announced the 20 finalists of the 5th edition of its Prize for Economic Journalism in Latin America.

This year’s entries comprise over 120 articles, reports, interviews and other media items from more than 60 media based in Latin America. The competition will award $11,000 in prize money, and is sponsored by CAF – Development Bank of Latin America - and Softland, as well as enjoying support from Iberia, Cinco Días, CNN en español and Casa de America.

The judges panel who will select the winners is comprised of journalists from international media that include CNN and Wall Street Journal, along with members of IE Business School, CAF – Development Bank of Latin America – and Softland, and winners of previous editions of the prize.

The prizes will be presented on October 22 in a ceremony held at Casa de America (Madrid). Previous prize ceremonies have been held in Mexico (2011), Colombia (2012) and Madrid (2013 and 2014).
