With the ambition of helping leaders and organizations future-proof their organizations, we run The World of Tomorrow, a tailor made, three-week, transformative program designed to expand senior executives’ capacity to anticipate disruption and lead systemic change.
Going beyond adaptation, the program equips participants to drive long-term impact in their organizations and in society by navigating complexity through collaboration and strategic foresight.

THE EXPERIENCE
THE EXPERIENCE
The program combines three immersive Study Tours across different continents, exposing up to 30 participants to world-class thinkers, pioneering practitioners, and leading public and private institutions tackling the challenges of the future. Each week deepens the journey to move participants from global foresight, to analyzing cases of successful transformation, to co-creating actionable visions and strategies for positive futures.
The program pursues two main goals:
- To stimulate the thinking and knowledge of an elite group of individuals that will reinforce their strategic thought, and
- To help them develop a series of plausible scenarios and a set of concrete proposals that future-proof their organization to the world that is coming

COURSE STRUCTURE
COURSE STRUCTURE
The World of Tomorrow is designed for leaders ready to actively shape the future of their organizations and societies. Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of how emerging technologies, geopolitics, and evolving generational values are transforming economies, governance, and the very role of business itself, analyzing how these disruptions may impact their industry.
Beyond learning from leading experts and practitioners, participants experiment with foresight tools, test new approaches, and co-create a series of concrete proposals to future proof their organizations and pave the way.
- Global Trends Study Tour
In the first week, participants explore the major technological, economic, and societal disruptions redefining our world. Through exchanges with renowned thinkers, practitioners, and pioneering institutions, they gain a panoramic understanding of the forces shaping the future—and the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
- Industry-Specific Study Tour
The second week focuses on translating these global insights into the realities of each participant’s sector and organization. Through targeted discussions, case studies, and applied foresight exercises, participants analyze how disruptions will affect their industries and learn how leading organizations in their sector are paving the way forward.
- Lab of Ideas Study Tour
In the final week, participants enter a collaborative “ideas lab” where they design transformation projects to future-proof their organizations. Through workshops, foresight sessions (using methodologies such as horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting), and peer exchange, they refine and stress-test their proposals, culminating in presentations to leadership aimed at generating immediate traction and long-term impact.
