Rafif Srour Daher has fourteen years of experience in teaching, analytical and empirical research, consultancy and data analysis. She has consistently proven her ability to work in international and multicultural environments, with experience in Lebanon, the U.S. and Spain. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner, both academically and personally, and is a five-time winner of IE’s Best Professor award. She is also a strong advocate of using coaching and mentoring to help students improve their academic performance and overall learning experience.
