Josep Curto Díaz

Josep is a consultant, data scientist, entrepreneur and professor who has helped many companies to create competitive advantages based on data. He is the founder and CEO of Delfos Research, member of advisory board at L’Escola L’Horitzó and Subject Matter Expert at the Institute of Passion.

He complements his professional career with a passion for higher education being the Academic Director of the Master in Business Intelligence and Big Data at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and adjunct professor at IE Business School.

He is author of many articles, academic notes and books related to his professional expertise. His knowledge is the result of developing consultancy and research projects for multiples industries.

Josep holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, an MSc (Hons) in Business Intelligence, and an MSc (Hons) in IT Management, as well as a top tier MBA.

Josep aims to deeply understand how organizations are developing successful big data strategies by conducting research in the field of Technology & Management as part of a PhD.
