Official University Diploma

To ensure the successful completion of your enrollment process at IE University, kindly follow the provided link to submit the necessary documents outlined below:

  1. Scanned copy of your ID (for Spanish citizens), NIE, or Passport.
  2. Scanned copy of your University Undergraduate Degree Diploma (Bachelor’s or equivalent). If the degree is not from a Higher Educational Institution within the European Union or the European Higher Education Area, it must be legalized with the Hague Apostille or through diplomatic/consular channels. For degrees not in Spanish, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, or Latin, a sworn translation into Spanish is required after legalization.

After the Registrar’s Office reviews your documentation, they will contact you by email for the physical submission within their department. Successfully submitting these documents will complete your registration for the University Master’s Degree, adhering to the official requirements stipulated by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science.

It’s essential to meet the conditions and requirements outlined by Spanish regulations for official enrollment. Failure to provide credentials for previous university studies and meet requirements on time will prevent you from requesting the University Official Degree issued by Spanish authorities, and your studies will not have official standing under Spanish educational regulations.
