Dr. Elena Yndurain will present the key findings of the upcoming Quantum Policy Lab report by the Center for the Governance of Change (CGC), exploring Europe’s readiness for the quantum era.

The Quantum Policy Lab—a joint initiative between the CGC and the Centre for Future Generations (CFG)—examines how Europe can navigate the opportunities and challenges of the emerging quantum revolution.

The presentation will be followed by an exclusive panel discussion with Dr. Senaida Hernández Santana, Quantum Scientist Manager at BBVA, and Dr. Ricardo Enríquez, Head of Repsol’s Quantum Technologies Team. The discussion will be moderated by Prof. Luis Reina from the IE School of Science and Technology.

The discussion will be followed by a special presentation from Daria Robinson, Executive Director of the Solution Accelerator at GESDA (Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator), who will offer further reflections on Europe’s (and the global) quantum trajectory.

The evening will conclude with a networking cocktail and book signing with Dr. Yndurain, offering an excellent opportunity to connect with leading researchers and industry experts shaping the quantum future.
