Inês Trindade

Legal Counsel

Inês Trindade works as Deputy General Counsel at IE and is in charge of coordinating the Center for the Governance of Change’s legal matters. Over the last 8 years at IE, Inês has been advising and managing a broad spectrum of legal issues, including  corporate affairs, contracts,  intellectual property, personal data protection and immigration law. Inês also provides legal advisory and support on the opening of IE new international offices in other jurisdictions coordinating the legal, tax, administrative and labor process until its incorporation.
Before joining IE, she worked for 4 years as an associate legal counsel at Miranda International Law firm working on corporate matters and real estate investments for the jurisdictions of Portugal, Angola and Equatorial Guinea.
Inês holds a Law degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal), a Master of Laws in International Legal Practice from IE Law School (Spain) and a Master of Laws (with honors) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (USA).
