Karina Vold

Dr. Karina Vold is currently a postdoctoral research associate at the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence and a research fellow in the Faculty of Philosophy at University of Cambridge. She is also a researcher fellow at the Alan Turing Institute and a Canada-UK Fellow for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She received her bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Toronto and her PhD in Philosophy from McGill University. She has been a visiting scholar at Ruhr University, a fellow at Duke University, and a lecturer at Carleton and McGill Universities. In 2020 she will be starting as an Assistant Professor in Philosophy, Humanities and Technology at Carleton College.
