Adrián Blanco


Adrian holds a PhD in Economics from Universidad de Santiago and Master Policy Management from Georgetown University. He has broad experience on international economy, private sector development and entrepreneurship. He has worked as a policy maker for more than 12 years, and he has plenty of experience in designing and implementing entrepreneurship and innovation programs in the Spanish Public Sector. As a researcher, he has worked for the think tank Elcano Royal Institute and the Woodrow Wilson Center, as well as for ESADE Business School. Also, he has experience as a public policy consultant for the Interamerican Development Bank (IADB) and the European Commission.
