Voice and Personal Brand

The human voice is a key communication tool, but sometimes it can be difficult to convey your message correctly and connect with the person in front of you. Your voice is your calling card and a major part of your personal brand. The right tone of voice is just as important as your gestures and the words you choose. As the psychologist Koelsch points out, human beings are tremendously musical by nature. Hence the importance of “lighting up” the brain with the pentatonic scale, activating the vocal cords with the five tones. The message is key, but how you transmit it—through variations in tone—is fundamental. The impact of your message depends largely on the modulation of your voice.
