CLASS SCHEDULES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE MODIFIED BASED ON CLASS PREFERENCES.

PROGRAM CALENDAR – OVERVIEW

Please consider the ordinary and extraordinary call dates when you book your flights to go home for the holidays; exams might be scheduled up until the last day of each call. Exam dates are fixed and will not be changed on an individual basis.

KEY DATES

FALL SEMESTER 2025

START:

  • For 1st year students: September 2nd, 2025
  • For 2n, 3rd, 4th and 5th year students: September 1st, 2025.
 

END:

  • December 18th, 2025 for all students.
 

WELCOME EVENT:

  • For all students: September 3rd, 2025
 

WINTER BREAK:

  • December 19th, 2025- January 6th, 2025, both inclusive.

SPRING SEMESTER 2026

START:

  • January 7th, 2026 for all students
 

END:

  • For 3rd year (single bachelors), 4th and 5th year students except BAS: May 8th, 2026.
  • For 3rd year students of Dual Programs: May 14th, 2026
  • For 1st and 2nd year students, and all years of BAS: May 22nd, 2026.
 

GRADUATION CEREMONY:

  • July 6th to 10th, 2026.
 

SPRING BREAK:

  • March 28th to April 6th, 2026 both inclusive.
 

RETAKE PERIOD:

  • June 1st to 26th, 2026, both inclusive
