Academic Certificates
Students may donwload certificates (i.e. enrollment letters) directly from the Student Portal (top menu). If a special certificate containing specific information is needed, please send an e-mail to the IMBA Team. Certificates will be sent digitally unless a physical certificate is needed. If that is the case, certificates will be ready for pick up within 48 hours and students will be notified via e-mail for pick up location.
No matter which certificate students request, the following information must be enclosed in the e-mail:
- Full name
- Passport Number
- Nationality
- Intake
Once you become Alumni all request go through the Registrar’s Office.
Transcripts
Students can request following types of transcripts:
Term Transcript: Outlines the grades and GPA for the term. Ranking only included by request. Students can request it at the end of the term in question once all grades were published by emailing IMBA@ie.edu indicating their full name & section. Waiting time approx. 48 hours.
Core Term Transcript (T1 & T2): Outlines the grades and GPA for the 2 Core terms. Ranking only included by request. Students can request it at the end of the 2nd term, after the grades of all sections were published by emailing IMBA@ie.edu indicating their full name & section. Waiting time approx. 48 hours.
Unofficial Transcript: Students can directly download their unofficial transcripts via the Student Portal. Please note that transcripts considered unofficial until the student meets all academic requirements to graduate from the program.
Final/Official Transcript: This transcript includes all program grades for the year, accumulated GPA and the final exam. Students will receive their Final Transcript at the graduation ceremony. If students need another copy or are not attending the graduation ceremony, they can get in touch with the Registrar´s Office.
