The presentation of the docuseries, in collaboration with the IE Center for the Governance of Change, gathered at the IE Tower leading figures of TV, academia, policy and business.

Yesterday, January 24th 2023, we hosted the exclusive presentation of 10.000 Días (10.000 Days), a documentary series produced by RTVE (main Spanish public broadcasting service) with the collaboration of the CGC.

This docuseries is the result of the union of two worlds: academia and the media, in their shared mission to disseminate the culture of knowledge.

The event kicked-off with a welcome by IE University CEO, Diego del Alcázar Benjumea, followed by a presentation by Carlos Franganillo, RTVE journalist and presenter of the documentary series,  who offered a sneak peak of the series, highlighting how the current technological revolution is changing, at an unprecedented speed, the world we live in.

The first panel, on the future of democracy, featured Manuel Muñiz, Provost of IE University and Dean at the IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs, Marta García-Aller, Journalist, and Claudio Feijóo, Jean Monnet Chair on Tech Diplomacy and Head of Entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Madrid.

Carme Artigas, Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence, Douglas Vaz Benítez, Director of Qualcomm for Spain and Portugal, and Luz Rello, Founder of Change Dyslexia and Professor at IE University, participated on a second panel on the future of artificial intelligence.

A conversation with Pablo Rodríguez, Researcher on Nuclear Fusion at the Plasma Science and Fusion Center at MIT, concluded the event.
