Leadership And Strategy In The Age Of Disruption

Leadership & Strategy in the Age of Disruption delves into the various challenges leaders are faced with in a business climate marked by uncertainty, complexity and technological disruption. Leaders are now being challenged to use visionary thinking, make insightful strategic decisions, and guide their teams to success amidst an ever-changing environment. A “business as usual” thinking model is an easy path to follow, but in this program, you will learn why it should never be the only option considered.

Together with the Financial Times, IE has tailored a program where top FT journalists analyze disruptive decisions taken by world leaders for you to gain the insights that, together with the right tools, will help you develop a vision to become the leader in your industry.

"Our lives were turned upside down during the global pandemic, but there are aspects we can control. I chose to join this online program at IE because I believe that continuous learning is essential for self development. The program provided me with strategic tools that can be implemented in my current role, and I learned that we can be agile and resilient during disruptive situations if we turn negatives into positives."
"The role of CFO has evolved to include a wider range of responsibilities, including now being the guardian of the long-term vision and performance of an enterprise. In a VUCA world this gets more complex every day. This is why Leadership and Strategy in the Age of Disruption was such an intense and rewarding program. I valued being able to discuss with—and learn from—peers from other countries, roles and businesses."
"This highly engaging program develops the necessary skills and perspectives so decision-makers can seek out the opportunities volatile and disruptive environments offer. The experience was enriched by my group of international peers from a range of industries and backgrounds, under the professor’s leadership and inspirational insight.
