Leadership & Strategy in the Age of Disruption delves into the various challenges leaders are faced with in a business climate marked by uncertainty, complexity and technological disruption. Leaders are now being challenged to use visionary thinking, make insightful strategic decisions, and guide their teams to success amidst an ever-changing environment. A “business as usual” thinking model is an easy path to follow, but in this program, you will learn why it should never be the only option considered.

What will you learn in this program?

  • Identify and assess the disruptive effect of rapid changes in global business.
  • Apply a framework for disruptive technologically-driven product and business model innovation.
  • Recognize the impact of geopolitical instability in a global recessive economy and apply a framework to be able to respond to these instabilities.
  • Assess and critique the opportunities in the rise of Fintech, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies.
  • Create a personal action plan using the course frameworks to positively impact your own organization’s reaction and preparation towards disruption.
