The initiative, led by the IE Center for Social Innovation and Sustainability in collaboration with Amadeus, continues to strengthen a global community of tourism entrepreneurs driving social and environmental impact.

The IE Center for Social Innovation and Sustainability – attached to IE Foundation – has launched the 5th Edition of Launchpad of Travel4Impact, an initiative developed in partnership with Amadeus to empower small and medium-sized businesses in the travel and tourism industry.

Between September and December 2025, the Travel4Impact Launchpad will guide a new group of purpose-driven entrepreneurs through a four-month online training program designed to inspire, equip, and connect them as they grow their impact and innovation capacity.

Over the course of 14 sessions, participants will explore three core themes essential to sustainable business growth: Positive Impact, Business Narrative, and AI-driven Growth. Each module follows a four-week, hands-on structure, combining learning and collaboration to strengthen participants’ strategic capabilities.

Beyond the Launchpad, the Travel4Impact Network continues to offer a vibrant space for connection and collaboration among its expanding community of alumni. Recent activities have included a collaborative workshop on Generative AI in June, a Digital Marketing Masterclass in October, and a Virtual Networking Session in December, along with the Amadeus Expert Support Experience Program and an in-person gathering at WTM London.

Through this growing ecosystem, Travel4Impact reaffirms its commitment to promoting a more responsible, innovative, and inclusive travel industry, where entrepreneurship becomes a driver for positive change across communities and destinations worldwide.
