Advanced Management Program - Blended Graduation

We recently celebrated one of the most special moments for the participants of the Advanced Management Program - Blended, their graduation.

This most recent graduating class included senior managers from different parts of Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru) and Spain, from thirteen different sectors.

Together, they have 456 years of experience, which has made this program a transformative experience both personally and professionally, driving them to lead impactful initiatives in their respective organizations.

The event was presided over by CAROLA ARBOLI, Director of Open Programs at IE Business School, and Gonzalo Real, Academic Director of the program.

Tomás Alvarez, Senior Manager, Financial Services Advisory at EY and participant in this edition of the program, shared a few words on behalf of all the graduates.

The event concluded with an inspirational speech by Jose Miguel Sanchez, Organizational and Sports Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Professor at IE Business School, focused on “the role of the leader and the transformation of people”.

It was an exciting and emotional event, congratulations to all the graduates!
