Welcome to IE'S AI for Functions, a strategic learning experience designed to help leaders understand and shape the impact of Generative and agentic AI across business and society. Beyond tools, it explores how AI transforms leadership, decision-making, and human collaboration.
Participants from each program within AI for Functions come together for shared reflection and dialogue on the most pressing challenges of AI, bringing diverse functional perspectives to the decisions shaping the future of organizations. The experience begins with the AI-Driven Transformation Kick-Off Session, bringing together participants from across AI for Functions to establish a shared perspective on the opportunities and challenges AI is creating across organizations. Later in the program, The Future of Work shifts the conversation toward leadership, exploring how AI is reshaping the way we work, lead and collaborate.
From there, professionals dive deeper into one of five specialized tracks tailored to their field: Finance, Law, Marketing, Human Capital, or Leadership. Over three and a half intensive days, participants connect strategic vision with responsible innovation, discovering how AI can enhance foresight, creativity, and ethical governance. Each program delivers a hands-on, industry-specific deep dive into real-world applications of generative and agentic AI, combining expert-led sessions, practical tools, and case-based learning.
On the final day, participants from across AI for Functions come together again for an expert panel that builds on the conversation started in The Future of Work. Moving from reflection to implementation, the session focuses on the practical do’s and dont's of implementing AI within organizations, helping leaders navigate the realities of turning AI ambition into action.
Participants will also enjoy an exclusive visit to an AI museum, offering a unique opportunity to explore AI beyond the classroom and experience its evolution, applications and future potential firsthand.
