With over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing and technology industries, Cristina Peñaloza Morales has held leadership roles as Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Marketing & Communications Manager, and Technology Consultant. She has worked with global organizations such as Telefónica, Huawei, and Capgemini, and with consultancy agencies specializing in marketing strategy, digital transformation, and product management. She also contributed to TEDxCibeles as an organizer, promoting innovation and collaboration.
Cristina is an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, where she teaches in the Master in Digital Marketing and Master in Strategic Marketing & Communication programs. She holds an MSc in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Software Engineering.
Currently, she combines her academic and consulting work with the development of her upcoming book, AI-Powered Customer Success: Strategy, Storytelling & Personalization in the Age of Automation, and her AI-focused platform isthisreal.tech a creative laboratory exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, marketing, and human storytelling. She also holds multiple HubSpot and Google certifications in marketing, sales, and analytics.
