Roche-IE Inclusive Leadership Program (RISE)

ROCHE and IE University strongly believe in inclusive leadership and supporting next generation leaders. That is why the ROCHE-IE Inclusive Leadership Program (RISE) has been launched. It is a unique opportunity for gender equality and inclusive leadership advocates to showcase their skill set, share their knowledge and harness their leadership skills.

ROCHE-IE Inclusive Leadership Program, RISE, consists of series of questions directed to our participants based on the following three categories: the future of work, inclusive leadership & communication. Over the course of two weeks, Roche’s employees will submit their answers in video or written format where they will showcase their expertise and personal take on one of the previously mentioned categories.

At the end of the two weeks, 20 finalists will be selected to be sponsored by the program.
