Sophie Le Ray is an entrepreneur, an author and an experienced business facilitator.

In 2003, she co-founded Naseba, a business information company specialised in supporting enterprise development in emerging markets. She was instrumental in its international expansion, and in accompanying the group when it went public in 2006. She was appointed CEO in 2009 and was responsible for its strategic development and overseeing its operations worldwide until 2019.

Sophie is the founder and spokesperson for the WIL Forum, the first platform for business women leaders in the Middle East and Asia. Based in Dubai for over a decade, she is the co-author of award winner ‘Game Changers: How Women in the Arab World Are Changing the Rules and Shaping the Future’, published in May 2016.

She is currently launching EVE List, a social impact initiative dedicated to connect, equip and support women in making informed career decisions.

Sophie was born in Nice, France in 1970 and holds a Master’s degree in Ancient History. She lives now in Cannes with her family. The proud mother of two girls, her passions include ancient cultures, mountain trekking and vegan cuisine.

Highlight Professor

Patrycja Riera is a diversity and inclusion expert and consultant advising organizations worldwide on creating a holistic, sustainable, and measured experience of inclusion. She leads Inclusionem, a global consulting firm focused on utilizing scientific research and organizational data to build strategy, culture, and leadership of inclusion.

Patrycja evolved into the role after more than 15 years of corporate and senior leadership development consulting experience. She works with senior and executive leaders in management consulting, global law firms, financial institutions, large international organizations, and government entities.

Patrcyja is also an adjunct professor and mentor at IE business school, teaching diversity, inclusion, and leadership subjects. She is also an academic program director for Rise Women in Leadership Program.

She holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde University in Denmark and a Master's in Research Methodology in Management Studies from IE Business School. She is a DBA Candidate at IE Business School and her research focuses on inclusive leadership.
