Over these four months, in addition to learning how to be a mindful inclusive leader, ROCHE employees will be equipped to build successful careers, wide and nurturing networks for them to thrive in leading their team and building impactful businesses. Each candidate will develop an individual and strategic roadmap filled with actionable initiative that can be applicable in their everyday work.

In a globalized world that is moving faster than ever, companies need to be constantly reinventing themselves. Knowledge is key and must be multidirectional since technological, demographic, climate, resources, and social shifts are drastically changing the game. This module will cover global megatrends currently redefining our societies, business models, consuming behaviors, and the future of the workplace. As well, we will study the risks and the opportunities these megatrends carry with them, and how to leverage them within our organizations to be actors of change.

BUILDING MENTORSHIP CAPACITY

A successful leader is one who encourages and helps his/her team grow. This program is designed to provide its participants with the right tools to be a real role model. Each candidate will be able to present a “Personal Mentorship Project” by the end of their journey.
