PROGRAM CONTENT

This program, emerged from the partnership between Zain and IE Business School, will guide participants through the foundations of business, digital technology and innovation, and onto transformation management. 

The program will allow 2,000 employees to undergo it and will also give them tools to drive transformation from wherever they are within the organization. The program is composed of 4 Modules: Modules 1 to 3 are online, consisting of 10 courses each (every course takes 1 month to be completed, with 5-7 hours of dedication per week). Module 4 consists of a residential period of one month in Spain. After completion of the four modules, participants will obtain a Master's Degree. Take a look at the modules below.
