This four-day Advanced Legal Program equips lawyers, legal counsel and compliance professionals to lead and shape strategy in the digital age—where technology-driven change is transforming legal work and raising the expectations placed on legal professionals as business partners. The program combines practical strategic frameworks, essential technology fluency and leadership tools to help participants guide clients, teams and institutions in a fast-moving regulatory, technological and geopolitical environment.
Participants build a clear, practical understanding of the technologies and regulatory trends redefining the legal field—including AI, automation, data governance, cybersecurity and platform-based business models—and learn how to translate these developments into actionable strategic advice for boards, C‑suites and senior stakeholders.
The program explores how these shifts intersect with core practice areas such as data protection, intellectual property and competition law, and how they create new risks, opportunities and strategic choices that affect organisational decision-making.
The program culminates in a capstone workshop where participants apply what they have learned to realistic scenarios involving technology, regulation and organisational change. Working in small groups, they diagnose the problem, frame strategic options, and present recommendations.
By the end of the four days, participants will be better equipped to operate not only as legal experts, but as trusted strategic advisors and forward-looking leaders who can shape outcomes and uphold the integrity of legal practice in the digital age.
