COACHING
All participants will have the chance to take an evaluation tool designed to help you understand the elements of your character, your motivations and to detect areas of risk. With these tests we can analyse behaviours that you may have and how they are impacting your management performance. As well as receiving individual feedback, you will receive group coaching on leadership behaviour during the program
