Gallery Tour in Madrid with the IE Arts & Business Club

Organized by the IE School of Humanities, students from the IE Arts & Business Club participated in a curated gallery tour through central Madrid, beginning with a visit to Picnic Gallery. There, they explored "¿Quiénes somos?", a solo exhibition by Madrid-born artist Carmen Mora, featuring sculptural installations and drawings that explore the human face and its many expressions.

Following the guided visit to Picnic, the group continued to El Chico Gallery, located in the Ronda de Toledo complex near La Latina. El Chico is known for its hybrid cultural programming, which spans exhibitions, podcasts, and community engagement initiatives.

The final stop was Arniches 26, a gallery dedicated to short-run, dynamic exhibitions by emerging artists. It offers an intimate and vibrant space for artistic discovery and accessible collecting.

This immersive experience gave students the opportunity to engage directly with contemporary artistic practices and curatorial strategies, sparking meaningful discussions about Madrid’s current art landscape.
