Fundación Nemesio Diez, Kistefos, FRV, and Cúbico continue to empower the development of young talent
IE Foundation, in collaboration with these prominent companies and institutions, provides financial support to outstanding students at IE University, fostering educational opportunities and talent development.
In an increasingly competitive world, higher education is a key factor for the professional and personal success of young people. However, access to higher education can prove to be challenging for those who do not have the necessary financial resources. Thanks to donations from prominent companies and institutions, outstanding students can access undergraduate and master’s programs at IE University.
In this sense, Fundación Nemesio Díez, and with the generous support of Valentín Díez Morodo, have shown a strong commitment to Mexican students by providing financial support to pursue master’s programs at IE University. This effort seeks to foster the union between Mexico and Spain and has provided the possibility for numerous students to access valuable educational opportunities that can significantly improve their professional path. In February, IE Foundation held a meeting where scholarship recipients could meet and interact with Joaquín Vázquez Villanueva, Director of Fundación Nemesio Diez, and María Satrustegui Carvajal, Projects Director.
Kistefos AS, founded by Christen Sveaas, also provides significant financial support to high-potential students from Norway and Africa so they can study an undergraduate program at IE University. During May, IE Foundation held a meeting with representatives of Kistefos, where the students benefiting from these scholarships were able to build relationships and share their goals and short-term plans with their sponsors.
On the other hand, Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) has once again reaffirmed its commitment to IE Foundation, this time by renewing its agreement to finance the university studies of students from Extremadura. Through the “Young Talented Leaders” program, FRV will award a full scholarship to an outstanding student from Extremadura to study in a four-year undergraduate program at IE University, starting in the academic year 2023/24.
This is an important effort to support the development of local talent and promote high-quality university education. In May, the FRV team visited the IE Tower and engaged in an enlightening conversation with the esteemed group of scholarship recipients.
Likewise, Cubico Sustainable Investments continues to support the principles of IE Foundation by renewing the Cubico Young Talented Leaders Undergraduate Scholarship for the academic year 2023/24. This scholarship provides full funding for the development of outstanding Colombian students to support those with a strong commitment to their education and who seek to take advantage of enriching opportunities that allow them to drive their personal growth.
IE University, with the support of IE Foundation and the generous collaboration of these companies, maintains its commitment to supporting young people with outstanding skills, to have a positive impact on their lives and those of future students, as well as impacting society by promoting their development.
