IE Foundation and AON Partner to Promote Holistic Student Well-being and Campus Engagement
In a shared commitment to cultivating inclusive, impactful environments where students can grow, connect, and lead, IE Foundation and AON have joined forces in a new collaboration designed to enhance student life and promote a holistic approach to well-being at IE University. The agreement, signed in May 2025, reinforces AON’s commitment to supporting initiatives that address the physical, emotional, financial, and professional development of the next generation of leaders.
Through this partnership, AON will contribute to several ongoing Student Experience programs, directly benefiting the IE student community. Their support will help strengthen flagship initiatives such as IE Sports Week, the IE Connects platform, and the My Well-being Portal—each designed to foster balance, engagement, and personal development throughout the student journey.
In addition, AON will serve as sponsor of the Investment Club and the Consulting Club, two prominent student-led organizations that equip future professionals with practical skills, peer networking, and career exposure in high-impact sectors. This contribution underscores AON’s alignment with IE’s educational mission and its shared focus on preparing students to thrive in both personal and professional spheres.
This partnership further reinforces IE Foundation’s commitment to advancing IE’s holistic well-being strategy, developed in close collaboration with the IE Center for Health & Well-being, IE Student Experience, and IE Sports & Well-being. These initiatives, supported by IE Foundation, aim to cultivate human-centered leadership and strengthen a values-driven community focused on well-being, purpose, and positive impact both on campus and beyond.
"At IE Foundation, we believe that nurturing responsible leaders begins with supporting their well-being, sense of purpose, and connection to community. This collaboration with AON strengthens our mission to empower students not only academically, but personally and professionally, equipping them to lead with resilience, empathy, and impact," said Gonzalo Garland, Executive Vice President of IE Foundation.
"At Aon, we exist to shape better decisions — to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. Our collaboration with the IE Foundation reflects our belief that supporting students in their personal, academic and professional development is essential for building a future in which organizations thrive by nurturing the next generation of talent. By contributing to initiatives that foster connection, purpose and impactful leadership, both on and off campus, we are reaffirming our commitment to equipping future leaders with the clarity and confidence they need to thrive in an increasingly complex world." said Stephanie Zweifel, Human Capital Commercial Director - Southern Europe Growth Marketing Leader.
