Discover the IE Women Initiative
The IE Women Initiative flourished with the work of IE Faculty, researchers, student clubs, alumni and staff, to design the best possible tools to attract and retain women talent, especially in Business, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. IE and our Women Initiative’s goal is to inspire confidence and advance women along their pursuit of success.
We believe that in order to empower women across the globe, the best way is through education. More women in the classroom means more women in top positions, as entrepreneurs and investors, and important decision-makers in the global sphere. If we can inspire this trend within IE, we can Pass it On to future generations.

Diversity is at the core of IE’s culture. We actively support women managers and entrepreneurs through the different stages of their careers, particularly the most critical for their professional success. We develop specific programs, networking activities and research aimed at the development of women in business, promoting them to the leading responsibilities in companies and organizations. This is good for business but it’s also a matter of principle.

Scholarships and awards
In order to encourage women to continue on their path towards excellence, the IE Foundation, through several scholarships and awards, manages an annual budget dedicated exclusively to women at IE.
Upon graduating, many of our students go on to lead corporations, start their own companies and constantly change the business world. In the process, these women continue to inspire others to follow their dreams and accomplish their goals.
IE Women in Business Club
Committed to creating an environment where the obstacles which traditionally stand between women and executive positions are removed, the IE Women in Business Club is a network for IE students and alumni who are interested in promoting gender equality in business.
