Siegfried Hoenle is a visiting professor at IE Business School. His expertise includes human-centric leadership, talent management, strategic HR as well as organizational culture and change. He partners with executives to design and implement effective strategies in these critical fields. He helps organizations find new ways to develop and retain top talent, strengthen their leadership bench, and transform at the speed of change. Siegfried also acts as a coach to senior executives and executive teams. As an educator, he supports senior managers in dealing with today's complex challenges and in growing personally as positive and human-centric leaders. He is a multiple winner of IE's prestigious "Teaching Excellence Award in Executive Education".
Siegfried is the Founder and Managing Partner of Talent & Leadership Solutions. He started the company in 2010, following an international twenty-year career in various corporate roles. During his corporate career, Siegfried held a range of senior HR leadership positions in global financial institutions. His last mandate included global responsibility for Recruitment, Development & Diversity at Credit Suisse. Earlier, he led the bank's Corporate University—first for Asia Pacific from Singapore, and later worldwide from Zurich. He began his career at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, before transitioning into global HR at the UBS Investment Bank in London.
Siegfried holds a PhD and a Master in Organizational Psychology from the University of Zurich.
