Program content
This program is part of IE´s AI for Functions, a series of programs around AI applied to different functions.
Over 3,5 days, you’ll take part in an immersive, hands-on learning experience designed to help you understand, apply and lead with generative and agentic AI in finance.
The experience begins with the AI-Driven Transformation Kick-Off Session, bringing together participants from across AI for Functions to establish a shared perspective on the opportunities and challenges AI is creating across organizations. Later in the program, The Future of Work shifts the conversation toward leadership, exploring how AI is reshaping the way we work, lead and collaborate.
Alongside these shared sessions, participants engage in interactive workshops, hands-on tool demonstrations, peer collaboration, real-world case analysis and strategic planning sessions. A practical business case runs throughout the experience: participants build on it day by day, applying what they learn and ultimately presenting their work on Day 3. Along the way, they explore not only what AI can do, but also where human judgment, oversight and accountability remain essential.
On the final day, participants from across AI for Functions come together again for an expert panel that builds on the conversation started in The Future of Work. Moving from reflection to implementation, the session focuses on the practical do’s and dont's of implementing AI within organizations, helping leaders navigate the realities of turning AI ambition into action.
Participants will also enjoy an exclusive visit to an AI museum, offering a unique opportunity to explore AI beyond the classroom and experience its evolution, applications and future potential firsthand.

Participants experience automated forecasting, AI-powered financial modeling, and enhanced analytical capabilities through guided demonstrations and practical exercises. The day concludes with designing personalized AI-enabled workflows for immediate organizational implementation.
Module 4: Real-World Applications and Future Strategy
Deep-dive case studies from Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Bridgewater reveal how leading institutions implement generative AI at scale. Participants analyze asset management AI applications, automated financial reporting systems, and advanced analytical tools. The program culminates in comprehensive action planning sessions where executives develop concrete AI implementation roadmaps with clear ROI expectations and strategic frameworks for transforming their finance functions.
