Program content
AI-Powered Leadership is structured around the three dimensions that define effective leadership in an AI-driven organization: the individual, the team, and the strategy. Each module builds on the last, moving from personal judgment and self-awareness, through team dynamics and organizational design, to the strategic and governance challenges that define the future of leadership. The program opens with a shared onboarding session alongside all AI for Functions participants, establishing a common foundation in AI strategy, ethics, and cross-functional transformation.

MODULE 1: FOUNDATIONS FOR AI-DRIVEN TRANSFORMATION
(Pre-set for all IE AI for Functions Programs)
This section aims to equip managers with a cross-functional, strategic, and ethical lens to engage with AI at scale in their domains.
MODULE 2: SELF & DECISION-MAKING IN THE AI ERA
Explore how AI reshapes leadership identity, judgment, and decision-making. Through reflection and simulations, participants examine the biases, behaviors, and cognitive patterns that influence both human and AI-supported decisions.
As AI increasingly influences how information is generated, interpreted, and acted upon, leaders must first understand their own judgment. This module explores leadership identity, values, biases, and decision-making in AI-mediated environments. Participants examine how AI shapes human judgment, how biases emerge in both human and algorithmic decisions, and how to develop greater self-awareness as leaders navigating an increasingly AI-powered world.
MODULE 3: TEAMS, ORGANIZATIONS & AI TRANSFORMATION
Examine how AI is changing team dynamics, trust, conflict, collaboration, and organizational culture. Participants learn how to lead people and systems through AI transformation while designing more adaptive and AI-ready organizations.
AI is transforming not only how work gets done, but also how people collaborate, build trust, manage conflict, and lead change. This module focuses on the human dynamics of AI transformation, exploring team decision-making, organizational culture, and adoption challenges. Through simulations, cases, and practitioner insights, participants learn how to design AI-ready organizations and lead people through complex technological and organizational change.
MODULE 4: STRATEGIC JUDGMENT & FUTURE LEADERSHIP
Develop the strategic perspective needed to navigate uncertainty, governance, and the future implications of AI for organizations and society. The module concludes with a foresight analysis and leadership commitments for responsible AI transformation.
Leading in the age of AI requires balancing innovation with responsibility, agility with governance, and short-term decisions with long-term consequences. This module examines the future of leadership through the lenses of governance, trust, emerging trends, and strategic uncertainty. Participants explore how organizations can prepare for evolving technological, societal, and regulatory landscapes while developing a personal leadership philosophy for guiding responsible AI transformation.
