ACADEMIC DIRECTOR OF THE PROGRAM
César Morales is a partner at Andersen’s Madrid office, where he leads the Real Estate department.
Previously, he was the partner in charge of the Real Estate department at DA Lawyers until its integration into Andersen in July 2021.
He has extensive experience advising on major real estate transactions across the retail, logistics, office and residential markets.
His clients include hotel groups, publicly listed companies, family offices and REITs. He advises them on drafting and negotiating a wide range of real estate contracts and conducting legal due diligence.
César Morales also oversees the legal management of litigation and arbitration proceedings and provides legal advice on real estate asset management.
He is recognized by the prestigious international legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers Europe. He serves as an arbitrator for the Spanish Arbitration Association and the Madrid Regional Consumer Arbitration Institute. He also serves as Technical Secretary of ASOCIMI in Spain.
