OVERVIEW
Generative AI can create business value when applied to the right tasks, with reliable results and clear human oversight. This program helps professionals identify practical opportunities, select appropriate tools, and determine where human judgment remains essential.
Over four weeks, you’ll assess your organization’s readiness and apply generative AI to a real business challenge, ideally one from your own workplace. You’ll review and improve AI-assisted work, apply ethical checks, and test a supervised AI agent with defined permissions, approval points, and stop conditions.
The program combines approximately 60% live, interactive sessions with 40% flexible, self-paced learning. Direct engagement with instructors, industry experts, and peers supports practical discussion and the application of learning to your organization.
By the end, you’ll have a one-page use-case brief, a verified work sample with a reusable review checklist, and a company pilot proposal. Your proposal will define how success would be measured and recommend whether to proceed, revise, or stop.
